This table is a guide and lists the main changes to the Caravan and Trailer Insurance Product Disclosure Statement (PDS). The information in the table does not replace or vary our PDS so please read the entire PDS for details of features and benefits and to ensure that this product is right for you.

Accessories 8 Clarification Updated definition to include solar panels and tv antenna and removed it as an extra cover.
Earthquake 9 Reduction Earthquake definition changed, no longer includes landslip.
Roadworthy 10 Clarification Updated to clarify compliance with the roadworthy requirements of the state in which a caravan or trailer is being used.
You / your / yours 10 Clarification Removed reference to "employee/s and household member/s or any person acting for the policyholder, business or for a household member".
Insured value 11 Clarification Definition of the insured value and how to select the insured value.
About your cover 12 - 19
Theft 12 Clarification Examples provided for what "reasonable precautions" are required when the caravan or trailer is being test driven.
Locks and Keys 13 Benefit Cover has been changed to $1,000 after excess.
Contents Inside the Caravan 14 Benefit Increased total limit to $1000 and removed $150 item limit.
Temporary Replacement Cover 14 Benefit New Extra Cover for temporary replacement cover when you sell or give away the caravan or trailer and replace it with another one.
Counselling Services 15 Benefit Removed 6-month limit to commence counselling.
Maritime Liability - Reduction No longer available.
Annex (optional) 15 Clarification Replaced the 10 year exclusion with a functional condition requirement.
Caravan Contents Upgrade (optional) 15 Reduction If this Optional Cover is added to your policy, it replaces Extra Cover: Contents Inside the Caravan.
15 Clarification Removed the requirement for contents to be in the caravan or annex.
General exclusions 17 Clarification Exclusion relating to poor or faulty design specifications, material, planning or workmanship, or a defect have been updated to improve transparency.
Claiming 19 - 24
Authorised persons on your claim 19 Clarification Updated section describing (1) how to add an authorised person and (2) conflict of interest.
How we settle your claim 21 - 23 Clarification Updated section providing clarity on how we settle claims.
Excess 23 Clarification Clarification of how and when an excess applies.
Actions of others 23 Benefit New section describing circumstances where cover may not be limited by the actions of other people.
