Flat or Faulty Batteries
Battery trouble? We’ll either jump start or arrange a replacement battery or tow. See below for cover limits.
Emergency Fuel
We'll provide you with fuel if you run out or arrange a tow if you used the incorrect fuel.
Vehicle Towing
If we can't get you back on the road, we'll arrange and pay for a tow.
Flat Tyres
If you get a flat tyre we'll change it with the spare or arrange a tow if needed.
Lost or Locked Keys
If your keys are lost, stolen or locked inside your car or a lockable compartment on your motorcycle, we'll help you gain access, get a spare or arrange a tow.
Caravan/Trailer Assistance
If you break down while towing a caravan or trailer and need to be towed, we'll tow both the vehicles to the same location.
Bogged Vehicle
We'll recover your car or motorcycle if it's bogged, provided that there is reasonable and safe access to do so.
Taxi
If there is a taxi service in the area, we'll pay the cost for one taxi ride for you and your passengers/pillion to get where you need to be.

Cover limits
Under this cover, you’re entitled to unlimited callouts per year, and the first two are on us. Used the first two up? Don’t worry, we’re still here to help. You can simply purchase additional callouts, starting from $150 per callout, as and when you need them. For each callout, you’re covered up to the limits below.
