Updated Serviceability Assessment

Following the release of the Household Expenditure Measure (HEM) 2018 Qtr.3 data, Keystart has updated our Loan Assessment Tool (LAT) with updated benchmark living expenses. Keystart have also reduced our interest buffer from 2.25% to 2.0%.
