Update – First Home Loan Deposit Scheme

Please be advised that the First Home Loan Deposit Scheme places with the non-major lenders
have now been reserved for the 2020-21 financial year.

For any submitted application, that has not been allocated a place in the program, brokers will be required to consider Lenders Mortgage Insurance as an alternative if applications are able to proceed without the assistance from the FHLDS.
