La Trobe Financial Product Changes

Dear valued business partners, we are pleased to announce our new product changes.

Residential Changes:

• Owner Occupied Special returns for Full Doc & Lite Doc.  Application fee for Full Doc is $995 and Lite Doc is 0.75%.  (must be owner occupied and P&I)
• Return of 3 tiered loan bandings – Up to $1.5m, >$1.5m-$2.5m, >$2.5m-$5.0m with rates attached.
• Reduced rates across Lite Doc (up to 50bps)
• Single construction loan amount increased to $1.5m and 75% LVR.  Rate reduced to 7.29%
• SMSF loan amount amended to max loan of $1.5m
• No changes to Resi Rural, Commercial or Development products.
