Digital VOI Process

Newcastle Permanent has implemented a new Digital VOI process.
We will now be using WebVOI (via InfoTrack) to assist applicants in meeting VOI requirements, where a face to face interview has not been conducted e.g. video interview or phone interview.
The attached document outlines the steps required by the broker and by the applicants.
