To complement existing ID Verification procedures effective immediately Citi has enabled brokers to complete customers ID Verification using Digital ID Verification Services (DVS) from within the “applicants tab” in Apply Online (AOL) via Nextgen. This will ensure that in most cases verification of ID can be completed electronically.
