Credit Policy Changes
April 5th, 2017
Effective Thursday 6th April 2017 Auswide Bank will be implementing the following Credit Policy Change:
- Investment Loans Maximum LVR will be reduced to 90% (inclusive of LMI) for purchases and refinances – after the above date Auswide Bank will no longer consider applications which exceed this LVR restriction.
- Interest Only option is still available on all investment loans.
