Postcode Classification Update – Floods
In response to the recent flooding in Victoria, 19 postcodes were identified as having been impacted. Of these, 17 postcodes are currently classified as “Other”, and 2 postcodes will have their classification updated from Regional to “Other”. This will ensure that the proposed security is valued in the most appropriate manner with a full valuation being required in all instances (i.e. no COS, AVM or Desktops are acceptable).
