Changes to Verification of Identity process
From Monday 9 August 2021, Verification of Identity (VOI) documents can be submitted earlier in the loan application process for retail and limited small business applications. The change means a more efficient process and less potential for delays at settlement. It will significantly improve the experience for brokers and their customers.
