A decrease in variable rates at ME

ME is reducing some of its variable home loan rates for new owner occupiers paying P&I.
Effective from Friday 12 November 2021, ME will be decreasing its variable interest rates available in the Flexible Home Loan with Member Package1 for owner occupiers paying principal and interest. These lower variable rates are applicable for new applications only and for the following LVRs.
